Executive Summary:The project goals were the empowerment of marginalized children in order to increase their participation in local community development and ultimately poverty alleviation in their underserved regions. The project relied on capacity building of nongovernmental organizations that work with marginalized children in order to subsequently train children and develop their economic social and life skills and help them elaborate project proposals and connect them with micro-credit agencies for funding their projects. A national project encompassing all Provinces whereby PPM assumed a leading role.
